Our corporate objective is to enable all stakeholders of operational renewable energy projects to enjoy the reliability, financial, and efficiency benefits of an accurate, reliable, and robust forecast service from industry-seasoned professionals dedicated to short-term prediction science.
Craig Collier, Ph.D. – President
Craig Collier manages operations at Energy Forecasting Solutions.
For over a decade, Craig has managed renewables forecasting services on behalf of system operators, energy traders, utilities, and owner/operators. Craig earned his Bachelor’s degree in mathematics and his Master’s and Doctoral degrees in atmospheric sciences, for which he was a NASA Earth System Science Fellow. He completed a post-doctoral fellowship at the Scripps Institution of Oceanography, where he studied convection parameterization in general circulation models.
He is a member of the American Meteorological Society and has numerous publications in Journals of the AMS, the American Geophysical Union, and is an active contributor to publications within the energy industry.
